My goal this week is to write a blog every day. We shall see if I can come up with enough topics. What better place to start than a thank you to everyone who has helped me on this journey. If I leave someone out, I apologize. I am very thankful to have a ton of support.
First of all is my parents. As with everything else in my life, they could not be more supportive. The entire journey offered with my mom offering to pay for half of my training sessions. Both my mom and my dad have been with me offering love and encouragement every step of the way. There is absolutely no way I would have gotten this far without them. They read every blog, pretty sure my dad is the one viewer most days of the week, my mom wants to buy every tshirt I make. I love you both so much. Thank you for everything.
I have so many other family members that have been super supportive as well. To all my aunts and uncles, thank you so much for the encouraging words, reading the blog, and buying tshirts. I love you all.
I have a group chat with 3 of my friends that is mostly trash talk about sports, but it has also become a place for us to share our moments of putting our shoes on. My buddy Vic has been a champion of PYSO from the very beginning. Dude is a monster casually running more miles a day than I have ran in my life. He has begged for shirts to wear to his races which is so cool for me.
Next is Kelsi. Kelsi is my gorgeous girlfriend. If you haven’t met Kelsi, just know that when you do, she will be your hype girl no matter what you are trying to accomplish. I have never met someone that encourages in such a strong and genuine way. She may have no idea what you’re doing, but she’s going to have you believing in yourself more than you ever have before.
My boys are next. As I said before, I am very lucky to have a fantastic support system, and I am also to have quite a few guys that I consider best friends. Michael, Michael, Michael (those are 3 different people), Ben, and Brandon have all been there to encourage me and I love you all. Also shout out Taylor, wife of one of those Michael’s for encouraging me when its been a while since I’ve written. Means alot.
Justin Carter aka Beautiful J also deserves a shoutout. The absolute best trainer in the world. He legit changed my life. He taught me so much in my time training with him. He built habits that I can continue to use for the rest of my life. He also made training not absolutely suck which was a massive win. Thanks brother!
Finally is anyone that has clicked on a blog, commented on facebook, bought a tshirt, or just admired my massive arms from afar in the gym. You all mean the world to me. I am so appreciative of every bit of it. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Minor shout out to Claire for keeping me humbled and sending me meals I want to eat on Instagram.
