The holidays is the toughest part of the year to maintain consistency with diet and exercise. There’s so many activities, both things you want and don’t want to do. Sweets are everywhere and they just look so dang tasty. It’s also so easy to just push everything off until January 2nd (you’re not working out on the 1st, lets be honest). My advice here is to balance things the best that you can. Enjoy the holidays. They’re fun. They’re meant for fellowship. Get outside and take a walk, enjoy the crisp air. Build some time for the gym. Even if the diet is a bit tougher to maintain, just do your best to get in some steps and some reps. And if you don’t, be nice to yourself. Its good to put your shoes on, but sometimes those shoes are house slippers. That’s ok too. Love yourself, it will do you more good than anything else. Merry Chrysler you filthy animals.
