My first blog from the great state of Tennessee. There have been a lot of life changes the past couple of months. Living in a state of transition made consistency anything but easy. My diet and workout routine both suffered greatly. But as I mentioned in my previous post, I am finally in a state of mind to where that wouldn’t break me. I enjoyed my last few weeks in Georgia. Lots of dinners out with friends, more drinks than I’ve had in a while, and trying to relax whenever I could. I stepped on the scale yesterday for the first time in several weeks, and hit the gym this morning for the first time in 10ish days. I saw very little change which I consider a major win. It felt so good to be back in the gym today. Was really cool to try new equipment and just experience something different. There will definitely be an acclimation period. Its time to really hit the ground running though. My goal for the next few months is to focus more on cutting than the past few months. I’ve seen my strength grow a lot over the past few months, but I would like to cut down more. Ill share any lower calorie recipes I come up with. I also sadly had to leave my trainer, love you Beautiful J, so I may share some of the workouts I come up with using what he taught me. If you’ve made it this far in my rambling, I much appreciate it. I have had over 1000 views which is insane. I love each one of you that’s read anything I have written.

Chaz you are killing it. Keep pushing and you can will achieve all your goals. Love you enjoy the beautiful state of Tennessee which is definitely God’s country.
Left there this past Monday and I am at easy there.
