Recipe of the Week (Muh Lunch)

Super Simple Chicken Salad. I eat this for lunch tutu 3 days a week

1 large can of chicken – 210 calories 45.5 g of protein WOAH!

1 serving of Hellmans light mayo – 35 calories

Juice from No Sugar Added Sweet Pickles (you can use Dill as well) – 0 Calories

Mix together and sprinkle Everything Seasoning on top

Eat with 1 serving of pretzel crisps for some carbs 110 Calories 3 g protein 23 g carbs

Total 355 calories 48.8 grams of protein. Great lunch. Very filling. Lots of protein. GET YOKED!
