Simple Taco Bowl. Great macros. Super filling. Not bad at all calorically
300 grams of 92/93/whatever lean percent you can find ground beef (579 calories, 60-70 grams of protein) brown and season with taco seasoning
2 Servings of bite sized potatoes (160 calories, 4 grams of protein, 38 grams of carbs) I boil for 10 minutes then airfry. Before airfrying I spray with avacado oil and season however you like
1 serving of reduced fat cheddar cheese (90 calories, 7 grams of protein)
1 serving of sour cream (60 calories)
3 servings of salsa (30 calories)
Throw it all in a bowl and stir.
Total of ~920 calories. You can easily cut some of the calories by cutting out 100 grams of beef, less cheese, less potatoes all of the obvious things Chaz why are you telling people that. I save alot of my calories for my night time meal. Use a TDEE calculator to figure out what you should be eating and plan accordingly. Also, highly recommend a food scale. You’d be surprised by how small a serving is with many things you love.
